The Relationship Between Positive Natural Dynamics and Positive, Encouraging Reactions

  By

  Pedro Cortez, Jr.

A positive encouraging cycle is critical to our mental, emotional, physical, and economic well-being. If we use positive natural dynamics, we are causing positive, encouraging reactions in a positive, encouraging cycle. Positive, encouraging reactions are natural rewards.

Positive natural dynamics are a combination of a positive decision(s) and a positive action(s). Our summations, conclusions, understandings, and generalizations normally incorporate a positive natural dynamic. A positive natural dynamic does two things: 1) it causes positive reactions, and 2) it eliminates or neutralizes negative reactions. In addition, the positive reactions caused become internalized as habits.

Positive natural dynamics are simple, practical, natural, and concise. Their value has been minimized by their simplicity. Their simplicity deceptively hides their importance in helping us to succeed, to support our well-being, and to be encouraged.

Our goal should be to form and to use positive natural dynamics in any situation. By using positive natural dynamics, we are causing positive reactions and eliminating or neutralizing negative reactions. We are doing the best thing.

  The Basic Form

The basic form of positive natural dynamics take an: a) I’m going to..., or an b) I will..., form. Some specific examples of positive natural dynamics are:

I will speed up if I can.

  I will encourage myself.

  I will be gentle.

I am going to breathe deeply.

  Positive Cycle

Positive natural dynamics can be specific or general. They can affect the quality of one reaction or the quality of all reactions in general. The cycle caused by the general positive natural dynamics which affect all of our reactions in a positive and encouraging way is similar to the following:

I Will... or, I Am Going To...

  Be Gentle

  Be Respectful Be Soft

Use Good Manners Be Very Flexible

  Please Be Unbreakable

  Satisfy Work

  Encourage Be Whole

  Be Professional Be Healthy

  Be Skilled Be Happy

  Be Good Be Stress Free

Be Confident Be Free of Negative Reactions

  Be Sure

  Be Positive

The above general positive natural dynamics are equivalent.

  Interference

Positive natural dynamics cause positive, encouraging reactions in complex situations. If an attempt is made to change a positive behavior into a negative behavior by using force, commands, pressure, or interference, then, positive applications of the negative behavior emerge. The positive applications of the negative behavior can be used to cause positive reactions.

For example, if “I am going to work” is changed to “I am not going to work” by any means, the effect or result is “I am going to play, have fun, laugh, be healthy, happy, free (stress free, relax), love (do what is positive, and reject what is negative).” Another example would be “I am not going to do anything, go anywhere, succeed, etc.” with a negative sense or message. “I am not going to do anything, etc.” changes or shifts its meaning to positive applications when it is used to say things such as “I am not going to attack, steal, etc.” When you say “I am not going to attack,” then, its positive application emerges: “I am going to defend,” and “I am not going to steal” becomes its positive application: “I am going to buy.” A positive application emerges from each negative.

In summation, the set of positive applications that emerge from any interference forms a set of decisions that contain positive natural sequences that cause positive reactions, behaviors, attitudes, and cycles. The natural product that emerges is the use of positive decisions to invest our energy into causing positive reactions. The positive decisions that emerge from complex situations are positive applications of negative situations.

Simple, concise, positive decisions that use positive natural sequences are the most effective, powerful tool we have for causing successful, positive, mental, emotional, and physical reactions.

  In general:

  Positive natural dynamics are positive combinations of decision(s) and action(s);

Positive natural dynamics cause positive, encouraging reactions, and eliminate or neutralize negative reactions; and

Positive, encouraging reactions are natural benefits and rewards.

  We Have Learned

We have flexible, sensitive systems that allow us to cause behaviors, or reactions of our choosing by habit or consciously. We have learned that we can cause both specific and general reactions with a positive, encouraging quality. We have learned that any stimuli can be used as a dynamic or catylyst, and that stimuli can be added up positively or negatively to form a positive or negative dynamic.

We have been going through a growth period involving technology, information, and understanding. We have been learning about stress, reactions, relaxation, and trying to reach our unique personal and social potential. We have learned the critical role and the value of positive natural dynamics in the formation of positive, encouraging reactions, behaviors, and habits. We have learned to direct, orient, or navigate ourselves and our energy effectively to support our mental, emotional, physical, and economic well-being.

The best way to cause positive reactions is to use positive decisions that have a natural sequence or progression.

  Some examples are:

I am going to drink water.

I am going to work safely.

  I’m going to breathe air.

  I will go ahead.

  I’ll fix breakfast.

I am going to learn more.

I’m going to eat good food.

I will balance, guide, direct, and navigate myself and my energy.

  Specifically:

We can direct our energy to cause healthy, positive, successful reactions by determining what the best thing to do is after weighing the pros and cons o
f a situation. It boils down to doing what is good.

The natural recombination of activity converges on the development of a simple practical skill at doing what is good. This emerges from dealing with positive or negative pressure.

A few examples of the finer positive natural sequences that emerge from natural activity recombination are:

I'm going to eat less to lose weight.

I am going to shop for inexpensive, healthy meals.

I will eat more fruits and vegetables to stimulate calmness, relaxation, good digestion, and positive reactions.

  The Organizing Factor

A positive understanding, know-how, or skill emerges from positive natural dynamics that is usable with any positive, mental, emotional, or physical device to cause positive reactions.

Thinking about, concentrating on, believing in, or expressing what is positive is using the positive to invest your energy into causing positive reactions. It is a natural positive cause/effect relationship.

Positive reactions will be produced whenever any pressure is applied if you have a positive attitude, and positive suggestions from others tell you what the best thing to do is.

Natural forces or pressure produce a set of natural dynamics. The encouraging factor of natural forces or pressure produces a set of positive natural dynamics. A positive natural progression emerges from positive natural dynamics. The positive natural progression that emerges is
